BAJAUINDONESIA.COM: Pemuda merupakan unsur penting yang sangat menarik dan esensial dalam suatu gerakan perubahan, karena di dalam jiwa pemuda terdapat kerelaan berkorban demi cita-cita.
Di dalam diri pemuda terdapat kobaran api idealisme yang tidak menuntut balasan serta di dalam diri pemuda pula juga terdapat pancaran semangat yang sangat membara. Juga pemuda merupakan aset dalam pengembangan bidang ideologi, politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya serta pariwisata.
Pariwisata adalah salah satu kategori pembangunan bangsa yang dapat membangun pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kepercayaan dari suatu daerah karena pariwisatanya yang dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan aset daerah . Apabila pariwisata suatu daerah itu baik, maka akan berefek langsung pada pendapatan daerah tersebut demikian pula sebaliknya.
Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan adalah salah satu dari kabupaten dari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Sebagai daerah otonomi Baru (DOB) pemekaran dari Kabupaten Konawe dan berada dalam gugusan pulau-pulau di bagian Timur Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, tepatnya di sebalah Pulau Buton dan Kota Kendari. Meski pun Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan tergolong sebagai Pulau kecil yang berada di Wilayah Timur Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) namun kaya akan potensi, terutama pada sektor pariwisata.
Sebagai Agent of Change, pemuda memiliki kewajiban dalam melakukan perbaikan objek wisata, perbaikan yang dilakukan berupa baik itu perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pariwisata di kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan.
Sebagai Agent of Development, pemuda bertugas untuk melancarkan pembangunan di segala bidang yang bersifat fisik maupun non fisik. Oleh karena itu, pemuda perlu bertindak sebagai pelopor dalam pembangunan. Pemuda harus berperan aktif dalam pengembangan pariwisata baik itu fisik maupun non fisik.
Sebagai Agent of Modernization, pemuda dalam fungsi ini bertindak dan
bertugas sebagai pelopor dalam pembaharuan. Pemuda sebagai SDM yang
memiliki pendidikan tinggi harus dapat memilih mana yang perlu dirubah dan mana yang harus dipertahankan. Pemuda di harus giat mensosialisasikan keunikan pariwisata di kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan melalui publikasi baik itu secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
Salah satunya destinasi pariwisata terindah yang berada di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan yaitu pantai kampa. Pantai yang dihiasai oleh hamparan pasir putih bersih berkilau dengan air lautannya yang begitu sangat jernih dan tenang serta dihiasi barisan pepohonan kelapa yang melambai-lambai disempanjang bibir garis pantai yang menjadikan pantai kampa begitu nampak mempesona menguggah selera untuk berkunjung.
